1.1. This AML Policy describes the compliance framework of Tron-safe, which provides real-time AML checks for USDT/TRX transactions on the TRON network.
1.2. Our commitment to combating financial crime is reflected in our operational design: we facilitate access to critical AML data without creating a central repository of user queries.
2.1. Real-Time Query Architecture: When a User submits a request, our system instantly queries aggregated data sources (blockchain explorers and AML risk scoring APIs).
2.2. Transient Processing: The data (TxID, address) is processed only for the duration of the API call. It is not written to disk, logged, or stored in any persistent database.
2.3. Risk Scoring: The risk score returned to the User is based on the real-time analysis performed by our data partners.
3.1. All requests are screened in real-time against up-to-date sanctions lists (including OFAC, UN, EU) through our partner networks.
3.2. If a high-risk match is found, the report will reflect this finding. However, because we do not store the query, we cannot automatically trigger a manual compliance review within our own system.
4.1. In line with our zero-storage policy, we do not collect KYC (Know Your Customer) documents from Users. Tron-safe is a tool for transaction analysis, not a financial platform that holds funds or requires identity verification.
4.2. Users are expected to comply with their own local regulations regarding the use of such analytical tools.
5.1. While we store no user data to provide, we will cooperate with any valid legal request served upon us to the best of our ability. This may include providing information about our service architecture and our third-party data partners.
5.2. We maintain records of our data processing architecture and third-party relationships as required by applicable laws.
6.1. This AML Policy is reviewed annually or whenever significant changes occur in the regulatory landscape or our service architecture.
