1.1. Tron-safe provides real-time AML risk assessment for USDT and TRX transactions on the TRON network.
1.2. Operational Model: The Service operates on a "forwarding" principle. We receive a transaction identifier from you, instantly query our third-party AML data partners, and return the results to you. We do not host our own independent database of addresses or transaction histories.
2.1. No Retention: By using this Service, you acknowledge that we do not store the transaction hashes or addresses you submit. We act solely as a conduit for real-time data analysis.
2.2. User Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your own records of any checks you perform.
3.1. You agree not to use Tron-safe to test or validate transactions that you know are associated with illegal activities.
3.2. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer our real-time query process or to use the Service to build a competing database of AML information.
4.1. The results provided are based on the data available from our third-party providers at the exact moment of the query. Because we do not store results, we cannot provide historical reports or re-run a specific check from a past date upon request.
4.2. The Service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied.
5.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
